We transform rye from a neighboring farm into a unique sourdough starter for our artisanal pizzas, topped with the finest ingredients the Kamouraska region has to offer. Whether you come to enjoy your meal on-site at one of our tables overlooking the river or take it to go, pair it with carefully selected wines and beers from our favorite microbrewery, La Tête d’Allumette.
